Zoom-How to Schedule a Zoom Meeting Ahead of Time (Host)

  1. Begin by going to the zoom.us website and click Sign In.
  2. Enter your Zoom account information or sign in with either SSO, Gmail, or Facebook account. (If you want step-by-step instructions on how to create a Zoom account, click here.)

  3. Click on Schedule a Meeting

4. Adjust according to your schedule and timing and save the Zoom event by clicking on Save at the bottom of the page.

5. Once you click on Save you can add the date and the link to your email calendar.
