Our students are ready to take on hard challenges like learning to code, building new professional relationships, and reflecting deeply. They’re also looking for a team to help them along the way: a cohort of peers, coaches and instructors that share their goals.

Many of our students use this program to land a part-time job or internship that’s aligned to their professional interests while they are in college. Other students are looking for full-time jobs or apprenticeships. No matter where you are in your journey, our team will help you hone your professional and educational goals.

No prior technical experience is required, though many of our students choose us because they have an interest in technology careers.

Software Engineering Interns at Neuralink work on a variety of teams like Implant, Robot, Brain Computer Interface (BCI), and Core Software. You will have the opportunity to partner with our electrical, microfabrication, chip designers, neuro and mechanical engineers – to accelerate our pathway to human ready brain-computer interfaces. We are looking for versatile engineers who are interested in architecting and implementing elegant software solutions and who thrive with the autonomy to propose creative approaches to problems.
