About Demo Day
Demo Day is the culmination of our students’ hard work throughout the program. They’ll showcase their projects, from apps and websites to digital art and robotics. This event brings together families, community members, and industry leaders to celebrate youth achievement and the power of tech education.

Volunteer Roles & Responsibilities
We need a team of enthusiastic volunteers to support the following areas:

• Event Set-Up: Assist with tables, chairs, signage, decor, tech equipment, and supplies before the event.
• Student Assistance: Support students with booth setup, presentation prep, and tech troubleshooting.
• Guest Hospitality: Welcome attendees, guide them through the space, and ensure they have a great experience.
• Logistics Support: Help with registration, crowd flow, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
• Tear Down & Clean-Up: Break down equipment and restore the space after the event.
